Returns

We offer exchanges for a credit note within 14 days of delivery. Pieces must be unused, in their original packaging and in the condition they arrived.

To arrange a return, contact us at orders@coreyashford.com with your order number. We'll send an Australia Post return label and deduct a $10 return fee from your credit note.

We don't offer returns on incense, as it's a consumable, or on sale items, and we don't offer refunds for change of mind, unless required by law. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are unaffected.

If there's an issue with your piece or damage in transit, contact us immediately at orders@coreyashford.comwith all relevant information and supporting imagery.

Purchases from a COREY ASHFORD stockist are subject to that store's care and returns policy.
